Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server

When attempting to migrate the Folders and content from one instance to another (Both are on same version Version:11.1.1.9.0PSU-2017-06-07 08:59:11Z-r154392 (Build:7.3.5.185))
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Import error for archive 'Replication' in collection '<Collection Name>': Unable to execute service INSERT_NEW and function addFiles.
Encountered an exception while executing a query. java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (MOB_OCS.PK_FOLDERFILES) violated. csJdbcGenericErrorWithCode(ORA-00001)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Exported and Imported FolderFiles, FRAMEWORKFOLDERSMETADEFAULTS,FolderFolders from Source to Target- Works Fine
2. Exported and Imported few contents of Type Application(related to Watermark). These contents not linked to any folder- Works fine
3. Exported and Imported contents of business docType. All items linked to folders: Works fine for all except one content that has multiple revisions. And it shows above error in the archiver logs.

Due to this issue, users cannot export and import contents of business docType.
