Symptoms

Right-click a folder in the folder tree, a context menu is launched, however, "Show Only Published Content" is not displayed.

Steps to Reproduce
========
1. Connect WCC server by using DIS.
2. Choose a folder and right-click to show context menu.
3. "Show Only Published Content" is not displayed.

Changes

 Update to DIS client 12.x version.
