Blank Screen when Using Terminal Versions of JRE 6 (6u171 or JRE 7u161)

Symptoms
The following symptoms are seen when running a Form with the terminal versions of JRE 6 and JRE 7 made available after June 2017:
Forms 11.1.2.2 - A blank screen will occur with JRE 6u171 or 7u161.
Forms 12c - Blank screen will occur with JRE 7u161 when using the default method, webstart, or jnlp. See Document 2066505.1 for the different deployment options available for 12c Forms.
The Standalone Launcher method works in 12c.
JRE 8u151+ works with both 11.1.2.2 and 12c Forms.
Changes
Upgraded JRE to JRE 6u171 (for 11.1.2.2 Forms) or 7u161 (for 11.1.2.2 or 12c Forms).
