Getting a "Authentication Failure" Error While Invoking HDL (Doc ID 2348712.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Data Load

Getting below error while invoking HDL

HRC-1035375A connection to the WebCenter Content server could not be established.

In UCM Logs ->

Caused by: oracle.wsm.common.sdk.WSMException: FailedAuthentication : The security token cannot be authenticated.
Caused by: oracle.wsm.security.SecurityException: WSM-00008 : Web service authentication failed.
Caused by: javax.security.auth.login.LoginException: DA_HCM_INT
Caused by: javax.security.auth.login.LoginException

Changes

Configured Single Sign On in the application, but was using local user's credentials. DA_HCM_INT was working fine in DEV environment.
