Exalogic Virtual: Quota Limits For vDC Account Showing Zero (or) Negative Value (Doc ID 2349427.1)

Symptoms

On an Exalogic Virtual racks running versions 2.0.6.2.X, an issue can be seen where all quota limits for vDC Account in the EMOC show as zero or with a negative value.

Below is the screenshot of vDC account at the time of the issue. This issue can be encountered in other PSU versions as well.

When this issue is encountered we will not be able to create any new vServers as the quota limit is 0 or in negative values.
