Database Cloud Service / Database as a Service is running with the public IP address:

https://<IPADDRESS>/dbaas_monitor/
https://<IPADDRESS>/ords/pdb1/

How can I setup the DBCS / DBaaS instance to use a hostname (hostname.com) and an SSL certificate from a recognized certificate authority?
