CON_NAME
Displays the name of the Container to which you are connected when connected
to a Consolidated Database. For non-consolidated database, it will return
"Non Consolidated".
Displays the name of the Container to which you are connected when connected
to a Consolidated Database. For non-consolidated database, it will return
"Non Consolidated".
If connecting to non-consolidated database, CON_NAME will return as "Non Consolidated", but from release 12.1.0.2 the value of sys_context will be returned.
