OIM-OAM Integration: Challenge Questions Page Is Not Presented Again If Challenge Questions Are Not Set At First Login (Doc ID 2350508.1)

Goal

In a Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM) integrated environment, if one skips setting the challenge questions during the first login, the challenge questions page is never presented to the user again for next log ins.

Steps:

1) User logs in for the first time to OIM protected by OAM and is presented to set new password and set the challenge questions.

2) User sets the new password but puts incorrect answers for example: duplicate answers for the challenge questions. OIM updates the password and user is again presented to set the challenge questions section.

3) Instead of setting the answers to the challenge questions, the user signs out.

On the next logins by the user, the challenge questions setup page does not show.

Is it the expected behavior? Are there any ways to show the first login page for re-setting the challenge questions again?
