Coordinated Replicat is slow with Large Barrier Transactions (Doc ID 2350639.1)

Symptoms

Oracle DB : RDBMS_12.1.0.1.0_SOLARIS.SPARC64_RELEASE
OGG Label : OGGCORE_MAIN_PLATFORMS_130704.1400
Setup : 2-Node RAC SRC-DB (DB1),2-Node RAC DEST (DB2)

Observed severe degradation in performance for co-ordinated replicat. The issue is observed in both Solaris and Linux.
