Unable To Open Variable Tab in Load Plan Execution Log in ODI 12.2.1.3 Execution Repository (Doc ID 2351511.1)

Symptoms

When using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.3 or 12.2.1.4, the "Variables" tab of the "Load Plan Executions" log cannot be opened in an Execution type Work Repository. The log can be found in the Operator tab > Load Plan Executions > Variables tab.

This is shown in the following screen shot:

The same tab can be opened without issues in a development type work repository.
