Goal

When creating an OAM plugin a metadata XML file must be created to define the plugin. The OAM developer's guide provides a sample XML file for reference but does not provide details related to the instanceOverride nor the globalUIOverride parameters. This document details the usage of these parameters as related to the plugin's configuration parameters.
