Purpose

This bulletin explains how to run the Remote Diagnostics Agent (RDA) effectively against Forms and Reports 12c.

Please execute the latest Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) on the instance where you are experiencing the issue. RDA is a collection of scripts that gathers valuable information from an Oracle environment which aids in the resolution of your Service Request (SR).

Scope

 This document is for users that log new Service Requests via My Oracle Support for FMW Reports/Forms 12c issues, and require RDA to aid Oracle Support in troubleshooting issues.
