OIM 12.2.1.4: Trying to reset password using the oimadminpasswd_wls.sh as per OIM 12c documentation: 24.2.4.2 Resetting System Administrator Password does not work in 25.2.4.2 Resetting System Administrator Database Password in Oracle Identity Governance Deployment

and following exception is seen:

This worked in OIM 11g releases but even though it is included in the 12c documentation, it does not work.
