Symptoms

The 'insync' Command Fails When the Exclamation Mark "!" is Included in the User Password. It fails with below error:
Example:

# ./insync -s "cn=<DS_ADMIN>:<PASS!WORD>@<IP_ADDR>:<LDAP_PORT>" -c "cn=<DS_ADMIN>:<PASSWORD>@<IP_ADDR-2>:<LDAP_PORT>"
<IP_ADDR-2>:<LDAP_PORT>: no or wrong replica object found


***Note the exclamation point ["!"] included in the first password string [<PASS!WORD>].
