Attempt to Initialize Realtime Destination Causes Tree Tab Errors on Destination Node Where Site, Roles and Tab Contents of Mirrored Tree tabs are Missing (Doc ID 2355033.1)

From a Sites publishing source environment, an attempt was made to "Initialize Realtime Destination" to a destination node.  When reviewing Tree Tabs on the destination, the Tree Tab configurations were inaccurate as they were missing missing Site, Roles and Tab Contents on the destination.

Any attempts to fix the tree tabs on the destination fails on save with the following error:

Save failed: -105, [pagename=OpenMarket/Xcelerate/Admin/TreeTabManager] Error: com.openmarket.xcelerate.commands.TreeTabManagerDispatcher: Save: com.openmarket.basic.interfaces.AssetException: Error: errno=-105 on call to catalog manager for table 'TreeTabs_Items'
