Symptoms
Called OAM HeartBeat URL ... http://<OAM_HOSTNAME>:<OAM_PORT>/oam/server/HeartBeat
There is not error, just a blank page being showed.
- Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3.170718)
- Customer is running OAM 11.1.2.3.0 and unable to get HeartBeat page.
- There is no firewall blocking the request.
- Tried with localhost, IP address and hostname but didnt help.
