Unable To Add or Remove Separators In The WebCenter Enterprise Capture Client For Email Import Processor Jobs (Doc ID 2355618.1)

Goal

When opening a scan in the Capture Client from an Email Import Processor job:

1. Separation is created between each attachment. Selected 'Remove/Delete Documents' icon and then 'Remove the Separation', but the separation is still there.

2. On multi page documents (i.e. no separations), 'Create New Document' is grayed out.

Can separators be added or removed from PDF files in Capture?
