Normally server JMX connection can be created after adding below JVM parameter on Oracle WebLogic Server (WLS):

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false

However, JMX port conflict exception occurs when using WLS 12.2.1.x (Error stack and logs not provided)
