Following error is observed in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.3.0 when repeatedly changing the value of a Data Server property:

For reproducing the issue:

1. Create a File Data Server in the ODI 12c Topology.

2. Edit the Data Server, and on the JDBC tab, set one of the Properties in the "Properties" section to a value different than the default value, and uncheck the "Use Default" box. Apply the changes, and close the Data Server editor.

3.  Re-open the Data Server, and go to the JDBC tab. For the Property changed above, do:

   • Check the "Use Default" box.

   • Change the Value.

   • Uncheck the "Use Default" box.

   • Apply the changes and observe the error message.
