Goal

This is a sample Groovy script that could be used for deleting an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Mapping, using the SDK (ODI Java API).

An error message will be reported if the Mapping does not exist in the current Work Repository.

Also, the Mapping will not be deleted if it is used in a Package, another Mapping or other ODI object. An error message will indicate if such a situation is encountered.

The article applies to all releases of ODI like the current 12C as well as to previous releases.
