Symptoms

When installing WebLogic in an existing Oracle home where a standalone OHS exists, it failed and the error displayed, 

INST-07545: Unexpected Error. com.oracle.cie.gdr.dependency.FeatureSelectionConflictException. The selection conflicts with features already installed.
