Symptoms
After upgrade from Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g to 12c using the Upgrade Assistant, all mappings that were originally creating the ODI work tables on the target are now creating the ODI work tables in the source. Due to that behavior change, mappings are failing with error:
ODI-1228: Task Insert flow into I$ table-IKM Oracle Incremental Update- fails on the target connection XXXXXXXXX
Caused By: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
