MFT Server Connection Error Through JDeveloper MFT Configuration Wizard (Doc ID 2359558.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.1.0 version, Export, Import, T2P etc

MFT Server Connection Error through JDeveloper MFT Configuration Wizard

JDeveloper errors out while trying to form a connection with MFT server through MFT configuration wizard. The error message is "An error occured while initializing the connection. Verify that the connection is valid."

On Jdeveloper logs we can see:
