Users Unable To Search Catalog (Doc ID 2359610.1)

Recently upgraded to and users are getting this error when they try to search the catalog:


This issue is not happening due to special characters as mentioned in <Document> 2148785.1

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. User logs into Identity console
2. Request Access
3. catalog - Search all - search dspublic (no special characters) and the error mentioned above is thrown

The issue does not happen for the xelsysadm user and happens to only some of the users.


 CATALOG.CATEGORY_COUNT_OPTION property had been added the recently and the errors started after that.
