WriteTemplate Failed On Remote Host (Doc ID 2360005.1)

Symptoms

When the user creates a managed server domain on remote machines using online WLST,  an error is thrown after using the writeTemplate command.

wls:/domain1/serverConfig/> writeTemplate('/home/wl_test/temp.jar')

Error: writeTemplate() failed. Do dumpStack() to see details.

wls:/domain1/serverConfig/> dumpStack()
This Exception occurred at .
com.oracle.cie.domain.script.jython.WLSTException: javax.management.MBeanException: ConfigHelper: Unable to writeTemplate.
