Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, Fabric

WLS SOA OSB 12.2.1.2 Domain creation failure because of soaOfflineSetupProfileCommon.py file

When trying to create a domain with OSB and SOA managed servers in different clusters, it failed at "Security Processing" with the below exception.
