On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, MICC Transfer to TSC
Unable to save deployment plan while creating a new outbound connection pool JNDI
Trying to create a new outbound connection pool in the BeamAdapter.rar configuration. After creating a new entry, clicking on OK is throwing a error messages as below:

Deployment plan creation failed - configuration not changed.
Error java.lang.IllegalArgumentException

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create a new outbound connection pool JNDI.
