Starting OHS with "opmnctl startall" Fails with "unexpected exit: status 4200" (Doc ID 2360846.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to start OHS Server using OPMNCTL Command, the following error occurs.

 

No errors reported on OPMN Logs (Log file is not created at all).


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OHS Web Server Machine,
2. CD $OHS_INSTANCE_HOME/bin
3. ./opmnctl startall
4. Error Occurs
