Symptoms
Classic Capture process fails to start on RAC env due to following errors when one or more database instances are stopped.
2018-01-12T09:06:09.984+0900 ERROR OGG-00868 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, cap01.prm: The number of Oracle redo threads (1) is not the same as the number of checkpoint threads (2). EXTRACT groups on RAC systems should be created with the THREADS parameter (e.g., ADD EXT <group name>, TRANLOG, THREADS 1, BEGIN...).
