OIM Approval Request Email Notifications Missing Actionable Links

You've developed either a custom composite, or modified an OOTB composite. One of the changes that you've made is to assign an approval task to a group. In addition, you have configured the notifications to be actionable and specified that individual emails should be sent. But you observe that there are no actionable links in the email notifications.
