Goal

Want to access APEX using the syntax of:

        http(s)://<HOST>:<PORT>/apex 

Instead of

      http(s)://<HOST>:<PORT>/ords

 While using ORDS 3.X or higher (by default ORDS 3.X uses .../ords/....).
