Symptoms

After migration to WebLogic 12.2.1.2 MTOM based webservice application returns non-MTOM (inline base64) and MTOM responses even Accept=application/xop+xml is always set.
Non-MTOM response is accepted by java client but is not accepted by other clients like .NET etc.
