Symptoms
Following is an OSB flow
OSB A invokes OSB B, OSB B returns a business Fault to OSB A
When this got migrated to 12.2.1.2.0(from 12.1.3.0), following problem is observed
OSB B returns a fault, but it is a technical fault "com.bea.wli.sb.pipeline.PipelineException"
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
