Expired Request Still Shows Up as Failed After Applying OIM BP Containing fix For Bug 24614289 (Doc ID 2362169.1)

After installing OIM bundle patch which includes fix for <Bug 24614289> "REQUEST STATUS SHOULD BE DISPLAYED AS EXPIRED NOT FAILED WHEN TASK IS EXPIRED, the requests which have expired are still showing up in Failed status.
