Symptoms

Error encountered when create datasource via WebLogic console for a non-JRF enabled domain.  Following error is thrown in the console:

An error occurred during activation of changes, please see the log for details.
weblogic.application.ModuleException:
could not create pool connection. The DBMS driver exception was oracle/dms/console/DMSConsole

 

Error recorded in AdminServer.log






Changes

Added $MW_HOME/oracle_common/modules/oracle.jdbc_11.1.1/ojdbc6dms.jar to CLASSPATH
