Purpose

This is to explain troubleshooting steps on SOA domain JCA adapter managed connection issues with a local or remote coherence cluster. Additional, to troubleshoot runtime issues to access the caches of the cluster. SOA 11g version does not have a JCA adapter for Coherence. JCA resource adapter support to coherence cluster is available since SOA Suite 12c (12.1.3) version. SOA JCA Adapter for Coherence is of type JCA 1.5 compliant resource adapters. SOA JCA Adapter for Coherence allows SOA Suite applications to communicate with Coherence Cache Servers of the Coherence Cluster either be a local client or an extend client.
