Flow Instance Status Is Not Correct After Pending Migration (Doc ID 2366786.1)

Symptoms

When BPM process instance migration with same revision to keep running, if over 100 instances are running , only 100 instances will be migrated and others will be pending migration status.
It is expected behavior and it needs to migrate manually after redeployment.
However, if following procedure executed, some instances flow is not correct status.


1. migrate pending components via Process Tracking screen of Workspace.

2. Check instances via EM flow instance, one instance is suspended as not expected.
