Different Pages Are Displayed to Site Visitors For the Same Request In a Cluster Delivery Instance (Doc ID 2367076.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, WebCenter Sites

We have two delivery nodes in a cluster for production environment.

The problem is that sometimes when an asset is updated and published from management instance, the updated asset migrates to only one delivery instance and on the other delivery instance this asset does not get updated which displays stale pages for site  visitors depending on which request lands on which node. This environment is not configured with Remote Satellite Server.
