Symptoms
After following KM notes <Note:2166749.1> and <Note:2351623.1> and setting the property oam.session.keepalive.interval within the oam-config.xml file users are intermittently seeing "OAM Operations Error" messages and the OAM diagnostic log has errors such as the following:

Manually modified the oam-config.xml file to add the oam.session.keepalive.interval property under the section "/DeployedComponent/Server/NGAMServer/Profile/Sme/SessionConfigurations/Expiry".
