Goal

JDBC and UCP version 12.1.0.2.0 are used by a Websphere application.

When testing failover by bringing down one the services in one of the RAC nodes, the error below occurs when retry_counts and retry_delay are defined in the JDBC connection URL:

ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
