Workspace not available in HA when fail over to secondary node is done (Doc ID 2368228.1)

Goal

In a cluster env, there is a fail over secondary node. So when user kills the managed servers, it fails over to a secondary node and the Workspace does not come up.

Following error is seen in the logs,
