Goal

This document is used as a quick searchable reference for Upgrading a Standalone Oracle HTTP Server from 11g to 12c. It does not supersede the documentation.
Similar steps are applicable for 12.2.1.4.0 also and the steps here given are using 12.2.1.3.0. For upgrading to 12.2.1.4.0, supported release starting points is Oracle HTTP Server 11g (11.1.1.9).
