Launching Access Tester over Command Line

On : 11.1.2.3.0 version, Configuration Service
Access Tester with command line mode
After execution the command got the error like "Unable to load server configuration from/.../.../config.xml"
ERROR

][error] Unable to load server configuration from /oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/OAM_Domain/config/config.xml. unexpected element (uri:"http://xmlns.oracle.com/weblogic/domain", local:"domain"). Expected elements are <{http://xmlns.oracle.com/idm/oam/oamtest/schema}oamtestconfig>,<{http://xmlns.oracle.com/idm/oam/oamtest/schema}oamtestscript>,<{http://xmlns.oracle.com/idm/oam/oamtest/schema}oamteststats>
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Try to open access tester by command line by running below command
java -Dscript.scriptfile="/oracle/Middleware/Oracle_IDM1/oam/server/tester/ebs" -Dcontrol.ignorecontent="true" -jar oamtest.jar
