Enterprise Capture Client Is Able To Scan When Connected To One System But Not When Configured To Other Systems (Doc ID 2368647.1)

Symptoms

In one environment, there are three WebCenter Enterprise Capture (WEC) instances (Test, Development, and Production).  The Capture client has been installed on a scan station.  The client works fine when the server address is pointed to the Development system but when using the other 2 server addresses, the client crashes on startup.
