OAM 11.1.2.3.0 Federation Logout Failing Resulting in Server Error on Subsequent Login Attempt

Symptoms

With OAM the following login/logout flow is performed:

Step 1: User1 logins into application, access SAML based federated application - Result: Successful login to Fed application
Step2: User1 logs-out
Step3: User2 logins into application, access the same SAML based federated application

Result: OAM returns a System Error
