Symptoms
WithOracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3) the following login/logout flow is performed:
Step 1: User1 logins into application, access SAML based federated application - Result: Successful login to Fed application
Step 2: User1 logs-out
Step 3: User2 logins into application, access the same SAML based federated application
Result: OAM returns a System Error
