Icons Are Not Found When Running Webforms (Doc ID 236951.1)

Symptoms

 * Icons are configured using Option 2 in Note 730216.1 "How To Display Iconic Images Using Forms".
* It is possible to bring up the icon in the browser using a URL:
http://machine:port/forms/icons/save.gif
* When the form is run on the web, the icons do not appear.
* The Registry.dat file specifies the following:
default.icons.iconpath=icons/
* The default-web-access.log indicates that the system is looking for the icons
in another location. For example:
"GET /forms/java/icons/save.gif HTTP/1.1" 404 148

Icons for the web have been configured according to Note 730216.1 "How To Display Iconic Images Using Forms". The
default-web-access.log indicates Forms is looking for the icons in a location completely different that what is specified in the Registry.dat.
