Symptoms

On : 11.1.2 version, OAG Explorer

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While running OAG Explorer it hangs and only shows the initial screen.
Running OAG Policy Studio on the same host works fine.

Due to this issue, users cannot use OAG Explorer on this machine..
