Certain Cipher Suites are Missing from JSSEADAPTER Processing with SSLEngine.setEnabledCipherSuites (Doc ID 2370093.1)

Symptoms

On : WLS10.3.6+JRockit 1.6.0_161 version, WLS Security

weblogic.security.SSL.jsseadapter is only using TLS_RSA_xxx ciphersuites with SSLEngine.setEnabledCipherSuites.

TLS_RSA_xxx ciphersuites were disabled by an external connection endpoint thus causing ssl handshake failures.

It appears that certain cipher suites are missing from jsseadapter processing when populating Cipher Suites, for example,
