How To Bypass OAuth Consent Step (Doc ID 2370493.1)

Goal

We are trying to use OAuth service from OAM 12.2.1.3. For POC we created a sample domain and registered couple of dummy resource servers and clients based on information from documentation    We are able to follow the process and implement 3-legged flow [Authorization Code Grant]. We can get the access code and then use the access code to retrieve the access token. Right now the user is presented with the consent page as part of the flow; But we need to bypass the consent page and we cannot find any information on how we can do this using the REST API for OAuth.
