Symptoms

You have an Exalogic System deployed in a virtual configuration running Exalogic Elastic Cloud Software (EECS) version 2.0.6.0.0 or later and are experiencing unexpected errors in Enterprise Manager OpsCenter Console (EMOC) that are preventing you from creating a new private vNet via the "Create Private vNet" wizard of the EMOC Browser Based User Interface (BUI). When you press the "Launch Create Private vNet Wizard" button to initiate the private vNet creation, instead of creating a new vDC-Create-vNet job, no job is created and you encounter a pop-up dialog displaying the error: “Can not create private Network as the maximum number of private networks are already used”
